At the Smart Heart Medical Forum, Mr. Cao Fangzhi, Deputy General Manager of International Thousheng Digital Technology, was invited to give a lecture titled "AI, Big Data, Remote Care ~ Smart Healthcare" from the perspective of home-based smart care for heart disease patients. He shared experiences in promoting remote care and the "myHealth Health Cloud" heart remote home care service solution.
International Thousheng Digital Technology, leveraging its expertise in medical IT integration and remote care consulting platform services, has teamed up with Taiwan Mobile to launch the "myHealth Health Cloud" service. With heart disease now ranking second among the top causes of death in Taiwan, the service pioneers the industry with the "Heart Contraction Evaluation" service. This service targets heart disease patients and those recovering from heart surgery, assisting them with home-based self-health management. Using Leadtek's medical wearable device "DxPatch" heart and sound recorder, users can upload personal health data to the cloud platform at any time, monitor their health status, and receive health consultation services. Another service, "Exercise Heart Strength," targets the general public. Users can wear a heart rate monitor during exercise, upload measurement data to the cloud, and review their history to monitor their heart health independently, which can also serve as a reference for cardiology consultations.
In recent years, with changes in global demographics and disease patterns, health care models and public health awareness have gradually improved. Health promotion, disease prevention, and smart healthcare services have become crucial topics. However, the overall development of health care still faces challenges due to the outdated single-model approach. Fragmented health services, although continuously evolving, lack complete and systematic integration, becoming a major bottleneck in the development and promotion of health care services in the country. The "myHealth Health Cloud" service, through the "Taiwan Smart Network Health Care Alliance," connects hardware providers (Leadtek), platform operators (International Thousheng), telecom providers (Taiwan Mobile), and other health and medical service providers in the health care industry ecosystem. By leveraging the strengths of various industries, it integrates fragmented services and develops sustainable business models, promoting innovative applications in the IoT domains of health, care, and cloud services.
The "myHealth Health Cloud" service retains basic health management services and positions itself as a self-health management service targeting diseases. It integrates IoT and communication technologies, allowing users' health data to be uploaded to the cloud instantly, whether at home or outdoors. In the future, it is expected to integrate users' medical records and, through big data analysis, form personal disease prediction and health management models, further achieving risk prevention. This will continue from hospital care to post-discharge home care, making "myHealth Health Cloud" an important service for safeguarding public health. The platform also aims to integrate government resources, such as the health passbook, to develop a comprehensive smart health service platform.
